HAZELNUT LATTE

A subtle nutty latte, the nutella brings out the chocolate notes of the coffee whilst the chopped hazelnuts prevents excessive richness.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon of hazelnut syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon of condensed milk.
  • 1 espresso shot.
  • 200 ml of milk depending on your cup size.
  • Nutella to decorate.
  • Handful of chopped hazelnuts.

METHOD:

  1. Gently coat the top of the cup with nutella and press down onto the chopped hazelnuts to cover the rim of the cup.
  2. Add the hazelnut syrup and condensed milk to the cup and stir thoroughly.
  3. Make a shot of espresso and add to cup.
  4. Heat the milk and pour into the cup.
  5. Stir and enjoy.
