BOILERS PROTEIN COFFEE BOMB

The perfect way to start your morning, this drink has it all! Protein, fruit and of course a good dose of coffee to kick start your day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbs of peanut butter.
  • 2 tbs of yogurt
  • 2 banana’s
  • 1 Scoop of protein
  • 150ml of milk (we recommend almond milk)
  • A glass full of Copper Cubes or 2 shots of espresso.

METHOD:

  1. Add 1 roughly chopped banana to blender.
  2. Add 2 tbs of peanut butter
  3. Follow this with 2 tbs spoons of yogurt
  4. Add the protein powder (we recommend chocolate, but vanilla works as well)
  5. Add the milk.
  6. Blend till smooth.
  7. Fill a cup with Copper cubes (click here).
  8. Pour the smoothie over the copper cubes
  9. Stir well and enjoy the perfect drink to start your morning.
