Ingredients:
- 2 tbs of peanut butter.
- 2 tbs of yogurt
- 2 banana’s
- 1 Scoop of protein
- 150ml of milk (we recommend almond milk)
- A glass full of Copper Cubes or 2 shots of espresso.
Method:
- Add 1 roughly chopped banana to blender.
- Add 2 tbs of peanut butter
- Follow this with 2 tbs spoons of yogurt
- Add the protein powder (we recommend chocolate, but vanilla works as well)
- Add the milk.
- Blend till smooth.
- Fill a cup with Copper cubes (click here).
- Pour the smoothie over the copper cubes
- Stir well and enjoy the perfect drink to start your morning.
